Dimitrios is co-founder and senior executive at PEOPLE, participating in business strategy and development. Dimitris holds a Master’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering, a Ph.D. from the National Technical University of Athens in the fields of Operational Research, Decision Support Systems and Risk Management, and an AMP from MIT Sloan School of Management strategy, innovation and leadership. He has published several scientific publications and received awards in various fields.
He has experience in decision-making in complex projects in privatizations, energy, logistics, technology, and construction in Greece and abroad, using state-of-the-art techniques such as data-driven analytics, business dynamics, and simulation. He also has experience and know-how in software engineering, innovation, knowledge management, business intelligence, project management, consulting, and financing. Dimitris was also Secretary-General of Government Coordination and director of the Strategic Planning Bureau of the Prime Minister; he contributed to formulating and monitoring national structural reforms. Dimitris loves taking part in artistic activities around music and design.
