Vasilis Blesios

Vasilis Blesios holds a degree in Economic Studies from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Macedonia. He has twenty years of experience in the private sector in communication, image and identity management, network, digital, and applied marketing, as well as consulting and effectiveness improvement. He has served as General Manager of Adidas Greece, General Manager of the Adidas-Reebok Group in Southeast Europe, and later as CEO of Under Armour in Southeast Europe and Consultant for Adidas in Southeast Europe. He has worked for international companies in Europe and the U.S. and was awarded as one of the best managers in Greece in 2007 (Manager/Famous Brands). He has given several academic lectures at the Business Administration Department of the University of Macedonia (both undergraduate and MBA programs). He is a visiting professor of Business Administration and Marketing at City College, University of Sheffield, and has been a speaker at many scientific and professional conferences (Aristotle University, ELLEDA, TIF, Hellenic Olympic Committee, etc.).
He collaborated with LEVER as Head of Marketing Action Planning in 2018 during the preparation of proposals aimed at enhancing entrepreneurship in 17 municipalities across Greece as part of the EPANEK initiative under code 098 (OPS code: 2658) titled “Open Trade Centers.” Since 2019, he has been the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at LEVER, where he is responsible for creating and operating Lever Marketing and managing, developing, and implementing the Strategic Consulting Plan for the Private Sector.
