Graduate of the Mining – Metallurgy Scholl of the National Technical University of Athens in 1992, he holds an MBA from the University of Sheffield in UK. Managing Director of the Concession Company GEFYRA SA since 2022, and General Manager of the company from 2015. He has been working since 2010 as Project Director of VINCI Highways for the development of Concession and PPP projects in Greece, EMEA and North America. Between 2004 and 2009, he was the General Manager of a Greek Construction company in Romania. He started his career as Project Engineer, being involved in various large-scale infrastructure projects, including the construction of Athens Metro. He is external member of Patras University Administrative Board.
