Panos Kostopoulos
Panos Kostopoulos is the Founder and CEO of Proxy Foods, a SaaS company offering an innovative AI recipe formulation platform to accelerate product development in the Food & Beverage industry. Panos is also the co-founder and Director of Cell Ag Greece and the Network of Cellular Agriculture (NCA), two non-profit organizations dedicated to advancing research in cellular agriculture and enhancing collaboration between academia and industry. Panos completed his undergraduate degree followed by postgraduate studies and research in chemical engineering, at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He subsequently pursued additional postgraduate studies in biotechnology at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. With over a decade of experience in biotechnology and food R&D, he has expertise in product development and commercialization, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
